Absolutely, I believe so. I’m a doula because I truly believe this role makes a significant difference in women's lives and contributes to improved maternal health outcomes. Studies show that doulas can help reduce birth trauma, as well as complications and morbidity related to childbirth, which are unfortunately too prevalent in our country.
